That driver is "Apple CD-ROM" driver v. 5.3.1. It's an extension found only
on OS 7.6 (it was changed on OS 7.6.1, I believe). But you may be able to
find someone with an old CD that will share the extension; it might even
exist as a download at some old driver web site.
