Hi Greg,

I had the same problem with my PowerCenter Pro 210 several years back. If I
recall correctly the mouse cursor would sometimes be frozen in the upper
left hand corner of the grey screen. I tried EVERYTHING - did all the
regular software based diagnostics and swapped out the RAM, drives, etc, all
to no avail. In my case it turned out to be a shot motherboard, which needed
to be replaced. Hope this isn't the problem with yours.
