The short answer is no, Carl.
The 604e daughtercards in the PCP's were 'high clock', ie run at 60 mHz, to
take full advantage of the PCP's system bus.
The PowerMac 7500 mobo architecture will support up to around 53 mHz with
no problem,
but freezes, lockups and just plain refusing to boot can occur above that
speed.
 It might be possible to get it running by using 60 ns ram (the PowerMac
7500 shipped with 70 ns ram) but you'ld be far better off looking for a
225, 233 or 250 mHz CPU (except for the 250, 300 and 350 Apple 604e CPU's,
which require a special mobo)
