Artic Silver Ii is a good thermal conducting past used to attach heat sinks
to chips. ORBs are fan/heatsink combinations that cool CPUs. An example of
an ORB review is at

Also, a websearch on ORB or Artic Silver Ii will get you discount prices
from a lot of places.
