That may be, but if you're running a recent OS such 8.6 or 9.1 you
should still be OK, not that knowing that really helps much since the
problem isn't fixed yet.

That whole "G3 or better" doesn't make any sense, in my opinion. The
idea with that kind of "requirement" is that if you have a newer Mac
(the 266 G3) you probably also have some newer software that will work
with the card. Shaky presumption. There's something else afoot.

The same software that you'd have to add to a beige G3 is the same
you'd add to a non-G3 PCI clone. My folks have a Belkin that works great
in a 7500/200 running 9.1 and the USB 1.4.1 addition.
