A coupla common problems with the PowerCenterPro are
1. A failed cache dimm prevents monitor boot up. Remove this dimm and try
to boot up without it. (It's the separate dimm beside the CPU)
2. Also try undoing the hold down for the monitor riser card and reseating
it. This card can be jostled slightly loose during a move, and appear fully
seated. Reseating it sometimes cures the problem you describe.

If it's the PowerBase 210 you have then our core of PowerBase users may
have other suggestions.
