Specifically, you need 168-pin 5 volt 60 nanosecond DIMMs. As previously
mentioned, OWC is among the most affordable vendors; they state a lifetime
warranty on their memory.

Go with the 128-MB DIMMs, definitely. The cost difference is
inconsequential, and there's no point in filling up each RAM slots with
anything less than the maximum possible memory.
