I know this isn't directly Power Computing related but this forum usually provides good solid advice.
I have an external 80 gig Firewire/USB hard drive that I'm trying to get the computer to choose as a startup drive (using the USB connection). However, it continually chooses the internal drive first and mounts the external second. My concern is if my internal drive dies suddenly before I can replace it, the system will search in vain for a system folder. The drive is connected to the mac via a Sonnet Tango card which I've tried in slots 2 and 3 on my PCP 180. I'm trying slot 1 next but I'm not sure that's going to do it either. Any ideas? thanks in advance! __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Mail Plus - Powerful. Affordable.
