what is the deal with bus speed and upgrading? I was told that you
can only go 10x as fast as your bus, so if your bus is at 50mhz. you
can use a 500hmz processor upgrade. is this true?
if this is true, what happens if you put a faster speed upgrade card
into a slow bus machine?
