Is Dave free? JG Probably one of the best FTP clients for Mac is the shareware "Fetch" <http://fetchsoftworks.com/> Full featured, reasonably priced ($25.00) works in 9 and X. They offer a free trial download.
"Dave" is commercial software from Thursby <http://www.thursby.com> Ideal stuff if your are a Mac on a PC network. It will work fine on a home LAN although it may be overkill for only occasional use. Likewise Thursby offers a trial version of Dave.
