Has anyone has any success trying to use a print server on a (home) LAN of Macs and PCs? I was thinking there might be a way to do this (w/o a server) on the cheap with a USB hub, but I haven't given it much thought. I'm looking for a printer that can be networked easily that's newer than my original HP Deskwriter (best $800 I ever spent) and the free (ya get what ya pay for) StyleWriter 2400 that just konked out - so matching a new printer to this need is definitely an option. Has anyone tried one of the HP LAN cards in a printer?
Thanks in advance.
