Mark, I just got in to this last week. I had ordered the Sonnet G4/700 board and when I got it I thought to call their tech support to see if there was anything I should know before I popped the shrink wrap. The tech said to check their web page for a tech tip involving the PTP 225. Sure enough, that particular board will not work with their upgrade boards and they are not going to pursue the subject because it would not be economically worth their while. The way to check for your motherboard number is to slide the cover off and look in the lower right corner (as you face that side) below the CUDA switch. In answer to my plaintive plea, PowerLogix says their G3 boards will work, so I have an order in to them for their G3/800 board. We shall see.
