The Power Computing clones didn't license the Apple CD-ROM or hard disk
drivers. Instead, they used products from FWB to drive the non-Apple branded
CD and hard disks.

The CD-ROM you might be able to drive with Apple's Universal CD ROM Driver
5.3.1 available at:
http://www.macdrivermuseum.com/disk.shtml

Not sure about the Ethernet issue.
