Since you can't boot from floppy or cd, I assume the problem is hardware, not software. Best thing is to remove every card/dimm inside the case and reseat them all. If you still get problems, remove the dimms and start with your largest (hopefully a 32mb) and see if it will boot with extensions off with one dimm chip. If that works, continue to add dimms until you get some errors... The cache dimm can be located in several different locations, it looks almost the same as a ROM dimm or VRAM. Check the motherboard for labels...
