Thank You for replying, I was about ready to give up on this list. So essentially it is more than a " phenomenon" but a real problem so any time I make an inquiry about a MB I should make sure the "01" isn't the board Im being offered.

I'm interested in your board, how much? I have been quoted a
wide variety of prices for one.  Phillip
