If you've switched back and forth acouple of times between the two cards and one of 
them works and the other doesn't, then the one that doesn't work is probably bad. But, 
IIRC, these cards have a bunch of jumpers on the top edge. If that's the case, or if 
they have jumpers anywhere else, you should see if the jumpers on the one that doesn't 
work are set the same as on the one that does.
