Yes you can install another scsi hard drive in a 150. It was designed for a
50 pin drive, but you can use 68 pin or 80 pin drives with an adapter, those
adapters here typically run between $10-$20. You need a 3.5 inch,
half-height form factor drive, to fit internally. If you find a 50 pin
drive, you can install it on the ribbon cable that is already there, that
the other drive is now connected to. If you need an adapter for a 68 or 80
pin drive, I am not sure of exactly how that works, I have not done it. Both
my drives are 50 pin.

I have no idea if they ship internationally. And be sure of the form factor
of the drive, some of their deals in the past have been for physically
larger drives that would not fit.
