My drive under the power supply covers both sets of mounting slots. Above the floppy drive is where I ended up putting the drive but that is where I needed the 5.25" to 3.5" adapter brackets. Below the floppy I couldn't access without taking out a bunch of stuff I didn't want to mess with. Of course I am only going by what I can remember from a few days ago now. Like I said I am not much of a computer tech I run on mostly a little common sense and much less experience. But feel free to keep writing I seem to gain a little knowledge out of every email I read.
