I agree that Other World Computing < http://www.macsales.com > is a good place to look for many things clone-y (and just plain Mac-y). I've had good buying experience with them, and I appreciate the fact that they provide support to the clone community.
That said, I've had good luck with a pair of USB PCI cards (used simultaneously), one a name brand (Belkin) and the other a no-name. They each work fine with the Apple USB driver (aka, USB Adapter Card Support 1.4.1) in OS 9.1: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=31132 You might want to avoid any PCI cards with more than two USB slots. For example, the four-port USB cards don't appear to work in Power Computing machines. If you need more, either get a second USB PCI card or add an external USB hub. -- Chuck on 1/6/04 1:27 PM, John Nowlen at [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > I need a USB card for my Power Center Pro running sys 8.6 on a 604/180 Mhz > processor. > The mail catalogs I get don't have as much clone stuff as they used to.
