Greetings everyone, I am using OS 8.6 on a PTPro and Internet Explorer 5.1. When I go on line, I CAN go from web site to web site, I CAN also download desktop pics. If I go to some place like Version Tracker, I can view the pages. But if I click on the download button, the progress bar goes about 1/2 way then it freezes. I then have to use "force quit" to get back to normal.
I tried trashing the pref's & reinstalling Explorer but the problem still exits.
