First of all, thanks to everyone for your replies, and secondly, sorry for posting twice! I crashed my hard drive this past weekend, and that second post was on that drive... I forgot about it, and posted a second time, but then my first post went after I restored. :-\ sorry. Thirdly, I feel pretty stupid, I was just on that last web page yesterday, looking for a solution to my CDRW in my Pismo... And never thought to look there for answers to my card question. Thanks for the heads-up. And thanks for the info from everybody. I think I might be able to get a SIIG card here in Poland rather reasonable in an auction... That just might be the direction I'll go. (I was able to buy a cheap external Firewire drive this weekend with a blown controller really cheap. I now need somewhere to put it.) ;-) And yes, all this is related to my hard drive crash. ;-) -- -Jon Glass Krakow, Poland <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." --Benjamin Franklin -- Power Computing is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... 123Inkjets.com <http://lowendmac.com/ad/123inkjets.html> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Power Computing list info: <http://lowendmac.com/power/list.html> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/powercomputing%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Mac?
