I know this is a PCC list, but the above is precisely what I did. The performance difference is night and day. I gave the PCC to my wife to use for a few years, and now I'm upgrading her to a B&W as well. Cheap memory, cheap (and huge!) drives, ADB and USB so we can use decent 2 button scroll mice and our beloved Apple Extended keyboards.

On the other hand, if anyone wants to make an offer on our heavily upgraded PTP and 9600, feel free to email me for specs.
