Why do you think you need to reset the CUDA ?
It may be something else unless you have added hardware the CUDA
usually doesn't need to be reset.

Just make sure you ground yourself to the PSU first to eliminate
static electricity.

I don't have a PB, but the button is red on all of my PowerComputing
machines and pretty small. Just look for a small (smaller than a
pencil eraser) metal square with a red circular button on top of it.
They seem to put them anywhere on the board but usually near the edge
of the board at the top or bottom.
