I don't know of a machine which had NuBus and VESA, or VESA and PCI, and
certainly not NuBus and PCI nor NuBus and VESA and PCI.

The PowerWave series (based on the AppleMac 8500 'Nitro' logicboard) had an optional 'Stargate ' card available to replace the stock 3 PCI slot riser card.

The 'Stargate' had 2 Nubus slots and 2 PCI slots, and was a godsend(@ $495) to those who has purchased high end Nubus videos cards such as the 'Radius Thunder IIGX 1600' (original cost US $4900 c/w 8mB vram & 4 special Digital Signal Processor cpu's on an attached daughtercard), or other oddball Nubus cards.

I picked one up on eBay some time ago to play around with, and the only glitch was the need to exchange the metal port shield on the card to secure it to the PCI port openings. (Nubus cards were held in by a clip whereas PCI cards are held in with a screw.)

Of course, once installed beside the PowerWaves' stock ATI PCI video card, users were aghast to find that el cheapo PCI video cards would run circles around Nubus video cards, especially Radius cards whose driver support for Nubus ended with OS 7.6 , whereafter those cards would still work to drive a monitor, but without the benefit of the DSP daughtercard.

So there is one instance in the Mac universe of a machine having access to both Nubus & PCI slots.
