At the risk of jinxing myself......this virtually never happens to me. I'm running the latest PM on the latest OSX with a cable modem + wireless router. I get well over 200 emails a day (counting the spam). I'm not saying that it's not happening to you (obviously it is) but it's not a given, and hopefully there's something that can be done to fix it.
