You can work around that, by connecting manually to the second account. That allows you to connect to more than 1 IMAP account at a time. But if you need more comfort, you need to wait for another version of PM and CTM will hopefully implement a more comfortable solution for IMAP accounts, meanwhile you can use Thunderbird.
