Actually, it works key on application, but there is also a "Registration"
option under the Powermail menu where you can enter you registration
number if you have not done so.

With this latest version (5.2.3) I only entered the number, no key
dropping, and that seemed to work.  However, I still get a proliferation
of keys in my Preference folder (my key name has no numbers in it, but
the duplicates start numbering sequentially, like PM key1, PM key2,
etc.).  Messy.
