Thanks to Andy, Barbara, Jerome, and Mikael for letting me know how to adjust the PowerMail settings to ensure that the messages I send are in US-ASCII. I'm also trying out some of the additional software you mentioned, which will be very useful to me.
I'm preparing to move all my data from Entourage X to PowerMail, and from what I've learned from this list and my own research, it seems that there are various scripts and other ways of transferring the individuals listed in my Entourage addressbook into PowerMail. However, it seems there is no way to transfer "groups" (i.e., once I transfer all the individuals into the new addressbook, I'll then need to constitute each mailing group by hand). If I'm wrong about this and anyone knows of a way to transfer groups and as well as individuals, I'd greatly appreciate your help. Thanks again for all your help! Ken
