It'll take a few minutes of work, but I've done it quite a few times to
export and import addresses, not to Earthlink, but the process will be
the same.

Powermail: File > Database > Export > The Address Book > Tabulated Text File

Open the file in Excel. Select All (Command-A). Format > Column >
AutoFit Selection.

You can now see all of the fields that PowerMail exported. You will see
they are in the following order:

Display Name (full name)
First Name
Last Name
Comments
email address (primary)
email address comments (primary)
email address (#2)
email address comments (#2)
email address (#3)
email address comments (#3)
etc.

First, determine which of these fields you need for your CSV import
file, and in which order.

If EarthLink cannot handle multiple email addresses for one name in one
record , you will need to edit these lines to put them into multiple
records. Select the line with multiple addresses, copy; then Insert >
Copied Cells. Then move the secondary email address and comments in the
new copied line to the primary fields.

Next, delete those columns that you don't need. Then, re-order the
columns by cutting and pasting (select the column, cut; select the
column to the right of where you want the column to be inserted, Insert
> Cut Cells.

When you are finished, File > Save As. Change the Format (a pull-down on
the Save-As screen) to CSV (Comma delimited).

It took me less time to do it than to write about it.
