Hi all, I sent this to PM support the other day, but no reply yet, so I thought I'd try this list:
********************************************************* Every now & then I get an email that does NOT get retrieved by PowerMail from my POP server. This happens VERY infrequently, perhaps one email for every 1000 (or more) that I receive. I can see the email when I connect to the POP server via their web mail interface, and the emails DO download correctly when I use Mail (latest OSX version) to get them. Since Mail can download successfully, my guess is that the problem is with PowerMail. Today's email that isn't downloading comes from an address in my Address Book, which means it should be downloaded to my In Tray and not have any spam filters applied.
