You're correct. It is suppose to work. I guess I hate HTML mail so much that I simply hate even having it in my mailbox, so I always use BBEdit to convert it to plain text, even receipts. But that said, I am a bit more likely to not object if people want to use HTML email. While I don't agree with it, I feel I've been fighting an uphill battle trying to stop it. Wayne
