If this has already been discussed, I apologize. It's just that I try to limit input whenever possible, and often skip the list. But, here's the problem....
On one of the computers in the office, an e-mail address was being changed when PM unexpectedly quit or "I may have hit a button", as it was told to me. In any event, when the person reopened PM and went back to the address card to finish entering the new e-mail address (the address field was blank), PM would not let him save the card, saying that an entry with this address already exists. Even if the card was deleted and a new one made, PM would not let it be saved, giving the same reason. I tried making a second one, but same response. I rebuilt all the databases, but no go. Anyone know a reason for this behavior? Tony -- Anthony R. Sanna SACO Foods, Inc. 1-800-373-7226 [EMAIL PROTECTED]
