loss of focus bug

I just want to stress how annoying and pointless the loss of focus in the
current message one writes is, when one is fetching messages. I'm
forgetting what the exact cause was, but you guys may remember that as it
was a list item some time back.

I absolutely HATE it, when this happens. How do you guys feel at that point?
