A contextual menu is the one you get when crtl clicking on something. When you ctrl click [or right click if you have a mouse that does that] it shows menu options that you can only do from that place. Ctrl clicking on a message that has the arrow showing that you replied to it gives you the option to "show reply" and will bring that reply up. -- Barbara Needham
