Did you look trough your mail filters for the Spam filters entries and
removed these before you ran the spam filter assistant anew? Did you
remove preferences files for SpamSieve and reinstalled the app? Did you
export the corpus and removed it from disk, ran spamsieve again, then
reimported the corpus after making sure SpamSieve did run?
