Sorry if my original post wasn't very clear, I wasn't asking that. It was just an fictional example of 5 individuals from 3 walks of life, such as ... list work family .... as pointed out earlier by Tim Lapin. They wouldn't all be getting the same email - I simply can't imagine an email like that, and if I do concoct one, I'll work around it. The nature of the CC and BCC is that everyone gets exactly the same thing, and everyone on the CC knows who else is reading it, under those circumstances it would be correct for PM to force you to either choose a single sig or split the emails into individual instances with different sigs (which would obviously not be attributed as CC's) - there really is no fly in the ointment. I'm not even sure it's worth implementing the latter, I'd be happy with a warning and being forced to choose a single sig in such a rare event. -- Simon Troup Digital Music Art
