>So, what should I tell them if there is anything they need to know by >moving from AppleMail to PM? Anything negative one? I use Mail for writing in non-Western languages, which works as expected, and doesn't work in PM. I would miss the smart folders in Mail. For example, I have one smart folder of "flagged" mail (which I need to deal with soon) and one "unread". (This, btw, also solves the problem of only seeing unread mail in Mail which Barbara mentioned.) The flags folder also solves the problem which Steve mentioned about mail which requires action: it works automatically if you press flag. No manual filing is necessary. Labelling in PM doesn't really work as comfortably, because it requires a separate search action, and setting the search parameters each time. The main advantage of PM remains searching. I therefore still use PM as my main app while sorely missing the two described functions of Mail. Searching can be twisted so much better in PM, and PM's speed is also better. I won't mention IMAP again. Or did I? Willem
