I am wondering if anyone else is receiving spam messages that crash PM? I get about one a month; the crash is always inside some part of the text handling.
If so, has anyone found a way to get rid of these messages? I have not... just have to go to a backup and loose the last several hours of messages :( (PS: I purchased PowerMail Salvage to try and recover my DB's; the demo showed all messages found and recovered. However, it does not work because any DB with one of these messages in it also causes PowerMail Salvage to crash when you try and export the DB for recovery.) PPS: I am not sure this is a PM bug ... it only started happening after upgrading to 10.4 (went directly to 10.4.2) and always seems to be in the com.Apple.CoreText. The last crash actually had no PM routines listed in the tread that crashed. Thanks!
