copy address weirdness

Howdie,

When you are reading a message is there a simple way of just grabbing
someone's email address? Sometimes you just want the email address and
not the whole:  First Last <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>


Running PM 5.21
PM 1.8 dual
enough ram etc
