I've experienced something similar, though I don't know if it's the same problem. Every now and then a message will get filtered incorrectly, and end up in the wrong place. It was my impression that this would occur if I were switching between folders when PowerMail were downloading mail. It happened only occasionally, and I haven't noticed it just recently.
