Last problem I had Jerome suggested that I try the latest Alpha build (at the time 5.1.1a1) and/or Export to a new user environment. Neither have worked and now I can't empty my trash (couldn't under 5.1 either). I get the following error:
Class = FoxT What = 9 When = 2(index) To recap my most recent problems and attempts to fix them: About 3 weeks ago I started to get a memory error every time PM loaded with 5.1: class = std ; what = -1 ; where = -100 I used the First Aid options (all of them) and about 18 hours later it had completed and reindexed everything. PM gave me the same memory error as it finished doing the sort/optimization of the Search Index, though apparently it did finish indexing. At some point I had something else go wrong and the Search Index got corrupt again. I rebuilt it and the memory error went away. However, the Search Index quickly corrupted itself and then I found that I could not empty my trash (see error message up top). I removed all emails from the Trash and found that even with a single email, newer or older, the Trash would not empty itself. I tried to Export and each time it would get in a little way and experience the same memory error as before (see above). So I finally got around to switching over to 5.1.1a1 and found it changed nothing one way or another. I then compacted the databases, which worked fine, but the Trash problem still exists and I still can't Export. So now what? Thanks, Steve
