On Wed, Dec 29, 20049:15 AM, the following words from Marlyse Comte [EMAIL PROTECTED], emerged from a plethora of SPAM ...
>It is a specific setting to have PM put messages with the SEND button >into the outbox, ready to be sent. I think the option is somewhere in the >preferences. So your script actually SHOULD work, if that SEND button is >correctly configured. I think Marlyse is correct. In the "Setup" menu, Choose "Mail Schedulings and Locations...", then choose the "Schedulings" tab. You will want to modify your settings for "Send Mail to SMTP Server:" so that messages aren't immediately sent. (I really wish CTM would remove "schedulings" since it isn't a real word just because an s is added in an attempt to pluralize it - schedules or scheduling would be correct.) I imagine your script should work. But you probably won't need to use a script if you change the above setting; just queue the message and choose the appropriate schedule from that point on to have the message sent after messages are retrieved from that server. cheshirekat -- Music is intended and designed for sentient beings that have hopes and purposes and emotions. - Jacques Barzun * 867 PowerBook G4 * OS X 10.2.8 * 768 MB Ram * * Addictions: iTunes * AppleScript * iLife 4 * FileMaker Pro *
