Hi, I need to move a lot of messages (with a common From: domain name) from my Inbox to another folder. I would like to do this manually by Mail->Perform Filter->"my filter name" and *not* automatically.
I have defined my filter with the appropriate criteria. I have unchecked the Filter Incoming messages & the Filter Outgoing Messages boxes. When I do that, "my filter name" does not show up in the Mail->Perform Filter cascade list. Does this mean I can't use this filter to do what I want unless I have one of the Filter Incoming/Outgoing Messages check box checked?
