In the UK this would mean registering with the Data Commissioner. I am sure there are laws about this where you are, there certainly are EU rules as well to which you will need to follow. You need to be careful, just buying a legitimate list and sending mail will get you in trouble - there are many other aspects to consider. -- David Gordon
