Gee... and I thought it was just me! I can't do a Shutdown command if PowerMail is open because it takes so long to tidy up the System cancels the Shutdown.
I've also seen a dramatic slow down in typing in addresses. I reduced the number of days stored, but this didn't make much of a difference. And since I never had a problem with this before, even with the same number of email addresses, I have to think something changed in PowerMail. Also, sometimes when I switch over to PowerMail from another application, and check for email, it locks up my entire system (including audio CDs playing in the background) for a few seconds. This results in a "timeout" error for my main email account. Checking again right after is normal. Steve >Similar experience over here.
