It is indeed annoying, even with a big display. I've found it faster to make a copy of the filter where I wanted the new filter to be placed, erase everything in the filter and enter the new data. I think this could be solved that you mark an old filter, then press the New Filter button and the new filter is placed before/after the marked one. Max G
