On a side note, I find the parsing of addresses into the "To" field to be a little unpredictable. Here's my system:
I have some people who I always thing of by a nickname, and I put this nickname into the "Notes" section of Apple Address Book (AAB). I also use the AAB notes section for entering the name of the company (where appropriate) in addition to having it in AAB's Company field, because PM doesn't recognise this field for the purposes of addressing emails. In my PM prefs (address book pane), address completion priority is as follows: 1. Display Name 2. Comment 3. First Name 4. Last Name 5. Email Address In this way I can have PM recognise both nicknames and company names and give me the correct address. Eg. my friend John Brown has the nickname JB entered in the Notes section of his AAB card; I can simply type JB into the To field and John's email address will be found. Most of the time. But sometimes it won't. The system will work for weeks at a time and then suddenly, without changing anything in PM or AAB (I tend to set my prefs and leave them set, not tinker) JB will *not* find John's address after all. A few days later and the problem disappears. Nothing is changing AFAIK. So what's going on? Well, if I knew that, I could fix it, right?
