The "Setup Database" file contains all the important settings: accounts,
filters etc. If you want to reset some settings from the preferences,
default windows positions or columns size and order, use "Reset window-
related preferences" or "Reset miscellaneous preferences" from the PM
First Aid dialog (by launching PM with the command and option keys pressed).
The print settings are part of the things that are reset with "Reset
miscellaneous preferences".
