Hi, Recently I migrated to Powermail 4.2.1 on OS X. (I had used Powermail 4.2.1 on a G3 Powerbook running OS 9.0.4, but a motherboard problem on that machine meant I had to remove the hard drive and hook it up in an enclosure as an external FireWire drive on a G4 under OS X)
So I want to import my addresses and mail from the old drive whose icon is sits pretty on my G4 desktop. Try as I might, I cannot import the old address and mail databases. I can run Powermail under OS 9.2.1 from the old drive but it does not seem to recognise any of its previous data. I used the import wizards on the database menu in various permutations, but the best I got was a database error and a small amount of corrupt data in the new Powermail address book. Help! I want my old mail and addresses back. What am I missing? Best wishes D.
