I absolutely agree. I never print from PowerMail because it doesn't
provide any useful printing options. The font and size necessary for
viewing on screen is very different than what I need on the printed
documents. Since I archive all my messages to a FileMaker Pro database I
created, I always print from there. And there, I have different printing
layouts depending on how I want the printed output displayed.

Within PowerMail, one can use "Save as Text" from the File menu to save a
PM message. As a plain text file, it should allow for printing in a
different application (like TextEdit), where there is more control over
the printed output. I have tried this in the past and also didn't find it
ideal, but it is an option. Hopefully, giving the user more control for
printing vs. screen fonts and sizes is a feature CTM will address in a
future update. I'm hoping that won't be in a distant future.
